Is it mandatory to use the voucher same day of buying?

Most of our deals carry over 1 month validity, so you can use it at your leisure after the voucher start date. Don't forget to check the Terms and Conditions on the voucher and voucher expiry dates.

Why do you have only one deal a day sometimes one deal in two or three days or even a week?

Focus is important in business. Getting the right deal takes time. Besides we believe merchants are as much part of our stakeholders as buyers are-if we can afford, we want to give them maximum mileage for the deep discounts they offer to you.

What are the different ways with which I can pay?

You can buy online using the online payments systems that we have available. You can also go to a collection center and pay for the voucher or choose Cash on Delivery in which case we will come to you at a convenient time and deliver the voucher. Note that we will charge Rs. 50 to cover the cost of delivery.

How do I get my discount on the voucher? How do I redeem my voucher?

The voucher has instructions on how and where to redeem.
You will be required to carry a ID card with your photograph for the merchant to validate you. Photo ID ensures that somebody else does not misuse your voucher.

Can I gift the voucher?

Yes you can. Click on the "Gift it" button and follow the instructions.
You can delight your beloved one with a personalized voucher with the name printed on it. Just remember to tell him/her to carry a photo ID card for the merchant to validate. The voucher is a great gift, the purchase price is not mentioned on it - only the value of the voucher is mentioned

Can I buy more than 1 voucher? Can I redeem multiple vouchers at the same time?

The deal details will specify whether you can purchase more than one voucher.
However, you may not redeem multiple vouchers for a single bill. For example, if you have purchased two vouchers for a restaurant you need to use them at two different times. For a single table, which is for a single bill you can redeem single voucher and visit the restaurant again to redeem the other voucher.

Do you charge me any transaction fees or any other fees?

We charge a small fee (2.5%) for online transaction settlement with some payment systems and a delivery fee of Rs. 50 per voucher, for Cash on Delivery.

I missed yesterday's or last week's deal, can I still join it?

Each MeroDeal deal has a very specific window of availability. We may do a similar deal in the future, but we offer no guarantees.

Purchasing through MeroDeal is extremely safe. We work with our payment gateways to ensure that there is no chance of fraud.
Redeeming/Using the voucher

How do I redeem my voucher?
A.
Present the printed voucher or the Voucher SMS to the business. Please take some form of photo identification to the location to redeem the voucher.
The voucher value is then deducted from the bill and if the billed amount is greater than the voucher value, you pay the balance. Taxes are added to the total amount.

Do I need to use the voucher today - that is immediately after I buy it?

No. You need to use it before the date of expiry of the voucher.

My voucher has expired. Can I still use it?

We are sorry, but you cannot use an expired voucher.

Can this voucher be combined with any other offers that the merchant has?

Afraid not, unless the merchant deal details explicitly specifies so.

If I don't use the full value of the voucher, can I use it later?

No. You cannot use the left over amount. You need to redeem the voucher only once.

Returns/Cancellation

Can I cancel a voucher?

No. A voucher cannot be cancelled after it has been purchased.

No. Vouchers cannot be returned.

What If the business that issued the voucher closes down?
A.
We will ensure that you get a refund of the amount you paid for the voucher if the business issuing the voucher closes down before the expiry date of the voucher.

We are giving 100 MeroDeal credits for every friend you refer when they make their first purchase on our website. It is our way of saying "thank you" for spreading the word about our great deals!

How do I participate?

Share your personalized referral link using the tools on top. When someone clicks that link, we will know you sent them.

What are the rules?

If someone joins MeroDeal within 72 hours after clicking your link, we will notify you within 72 hours of their first purchase and automatically add 100 MeroDeal credit to your account. You can refer as many people as you like. Check your balance on the top-right corner of the homepage after you login.

What are MeroDeal Credits?

MeroDeal Credits is our very own currency. Each credit is equivalent to one rupee. As a MeroDeal user, you can see the number of credits in your wallet and use the credits towards any purchase on the website.

How can I get MeroDeal Credits?

You can add Credits to your account by paying us an equivalent amount of money using one of the payment options. Other than that, we sometimes run contests and promotions that reward Credits.

How can I use MeroDeal Credits?
A.
Whenever you make a purchase on the website, we first check to see if there are enough Credits in your account to cover the purchase. Any extra amount that is needed is then shown in your invoice.

Can I refund my Credits for cash?

No, unless you bought the Credits.

Do Credits expire?

Rewarded Credits expire after 6 months, whereas bought Credits do not expire.
